Making condiments and ingredients for future use requires storage in small quantities. At Smart ‘N Final I get the little containers and lids that restaurants use for salad dressings.  I check dollar stores for small lidded containers that are a little sturdier.  I wash out empty spice jars and other usable small glass containers.  I have found some good bottles in Marshall’s and Target.  Just keep an eye out.

Removing labels from jars can be a problem.  Try the all purpose removers like Goof Off, alcohol or acetone, then wash them in the dishwasher.

Be sure to mark or label these so you can figure out what they are a month later in the freezer!  Sharpies are good for this before you refrigerate them.
